well...fter strting my blog, this is the first post in a month nd half.!!!!!! not tht i Hvent cooked...not that im not following others blogs..I just felt I never had anything substntial to write about...
But thinking of the stuff ive tried, maybe I really should write soon..planning a post about the cake I bked for dearest V . will do it soon... s of now, just breaking the jinx.

You can mix one cup of all purpose flour with 1/2 cup of water for every cup of sourdough starter. If it is a bread which needs yeast, increase the yeast by 1/4 tsp if I have mentioned 'fed starter'. If I have used 'unfed' starter, you can skip the yeast all together.
